Dolce Café

Dolce Café was originally its own brick and mortar business in Gulfport, until owner William Rester hopped back across town to serve tasty meals beside his wife’s bake shop. Family is very important, and the Resters enjoy living on the coast with their two beautiful daughters. William and Brooke Rester provide so much more than just food. They also bring forth a welcoming experience. And walking down the driveway to grab some lunch will cause anyone to feel right at home. The grand opening of Dolce Café in Long Beach was embellished with a new outdoor area. A string of lights accents over patio seating, and a fire pit will also host gatherings.

Happy customers waiting for their next delicious meal. Dolce Café offers a new special every week.

The Rester family searched for the ideal trailer to perfect their vision of folks enjoying outdoor dining while picking up some comfort food before grabbing some cupcakes from the bake shop around the corner (literally around the corner, and just a few steps away). A local vendor was selected for the custom graphic printing on this black beauty.
Most of the custom add-ons happened inside the cafe kitchen. Rester selected brand new appliances, a stove hood, shelving, refrigeration, and water. Now this master chef can utilize his cooking space while looking over the brand new outdoor seating, rock garden, and fireplace. “Finding the space allowed for a food truck can be a hurdle,” said Rester as he cited important community ordinances, but Dolce Café seems to be settling quite well and boasts a new special on the menu every week.

Just think of “Classic American Goodness” as best described by Rester.
Some of the tasteful meals on the menu for lunch include a Grilled Pimento Cheese & Tomato Bisque Combo, Turkey Pesto, and the classics (a hearty Cheeseburger, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, or a homestyle Chicken Salad on a Croissant). However, lunch isn’t the only mealtime for Dolce Café. For those who need something for brunch, this can also be the place for you!

With exceptional customer service, order your next delicious meal from the Dolce Café on wheels.

Dolce Café is ready to cater special occasions and offers a customizable menu for weddings, graduations, birthday parties, and more. The Rester family also shows their respect by offering a 10 percent discount to first responders, military members, and teachers. Stay tuned this summer for “Late Night Dolce” bringing live music jams, movie nights, and a hangout spot at the firepit with friends. Or, make it a date night just one block away from the beach. Dolce Café is equipped for the perfect outdoor experience, and your taste buds will thank you.
